overflow in reading data

Error message overflow in reading data when MEASURETool is used to measure wave surface elevation. The total number of particles in this case is about 760,000. Why this error occurs and how to solve it?It is worth noting that when I do post-processing on the CPU I get an error, but not on the GPU.

    Are all your data files of same size?

    Could be corrupt data.
