Hello all,

I built a model that can successfully run the script file and concluded the simulation results. Then I changed the water depth of the model , run the script file , got a warning that calculating step is adjusted for minimum and the program was broken. I adjusted the water depth to the previous value but the same warning still appeared. I don't why this happend.

I am really confused. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

  • Hi,

I am not sure I understand what is going wrong here.

The first case with a water depth of say H worked fine and then with H/2 it did not, then you changed it back to H and it do not work. I am not sure how this is possible.. maybe you need to be a bit more careful how you setup your timestep and CFL parameters and, phases?

    Thanks,

    George
