GenCase: what is and does 'border' do within 'modefill'?
On page 50 of the XML guide, I am having hard time parsing this explanation and understanding what border does.
<modefill> indicates what type of points can be filled
with void, fluid, bound, it fills with that type of points
inside the specified limits or the presence of a given
type of point using border
In the XML file there is no other relevant reference to the keyword border as ctrl+F goes.
The examples on the same page show that the field modefill can take up to 4 valid values: it is clear that fluid, bound and void are all types of particles.
In one application, when I enable border instead of void, I could not spot any difference in the particle layout.
What is border and how does it work? Thanks for clarifying this.
