Complex drawing

I tried to import complex drawing to dualsphysics and tried to convert dwg file into stl or vtk using given different method. Here while using QGis alaslka data file cannot found. And Free cad .16 and 0.10 both used, still I am unable to convert the file. If u can help me to convert this file it will be a great help.

The conversion of other format files to STL, PLY or VTK is out of the scope of DualSPHysics, so sorry

i have problem with rotating and scaling of external part. I used stl file format and mainly used casewavegenration code. rotating, scaling and move command has identify as invalid.
