Motions to a STL file

Can we combine two different motions in an object (stl file)? i.e. retilinear and circular?

    I try to make these two movements simultaneusly using objreal=2 for both of the two movements on the same stl object. The error is: you cannot add an existing object a real reference (higher than or equal to zero). What is the problem?
