Periodic Boundary Conditions in 3D

Hello, I'm hoping to impose periodic boundary conditions in a 3 dimensional model. A simple sloped tank where the right side feed into the left would suffice. However, the only help I've been able to find in the code is the CASEPERIODICITY. And I can't figure out exactly how the simulation is set up. The only parameter I see is: ""parameter key="XPeriodicIncZ" value="0.3" comment="Increase of Z with periodic BC" "". Any pointers on how to implement this/where to start?
