The simulation of aerosol particles in human respiratory tract

Can I use the DualSPHYsics for other simulations, such as aerosol particle in respiratory tract.
Recently, I have tried some times, the fluid isn't the water,but the air, the rhop is 1.2kg/m^3,however,it always reminds me PartsOutMax, I don't know how to handle it.
Is the DualSPHYsics suitable for other simulations? Not always including water as liquid.
