How can calculate the flow-rate?

Thank you for your open source DualSPHysics. I appreciate you.
Now I am simulating some pouring cases. But, when i am doing post-processing, i don't know how to calculate flow-rate from the my results.
I am using paraview, also i tried to slice the surface. but cannot get the any data.
If i use surface files, i can get the data from the slicing surface. however, That is not the volume!! when i cut the surface, just exist the out surface, not including inside.
Could you teach me?
And I ask you, now DualSPHysics cannot calculate the thermal? In my knowledge, Governing equation include the energy equation... isn't it?
