Velocity Profile close to the wall. Gap between solid-fluid

I have a question regarding postprocessing.

Ho do the DSPH code takes velocity values at the solid-fluid interface. There is a gap of dp/2 (see Figure), but i still got values for z<0.004.

Shouldn't be zero?
