Post-processing visualization on surfaces

Is there a way to visualize pressure on a surface rather than on SPH particles in Paraview?

Something like the example below that I recently found

    There you can only see density/pressure of the particles.

    Particles of the piston are only plotted with bigger size.

    The nice pressure field is thanks to mDBC.

    Ok I just misunderstood the image thinking that BoundaryVTK was been updated in the new 5.2 allowing the visualization on fields directly on the surfaces
