I am very naïve to the software. I am learning through GUI of Free CAD. I have followed all the process but tank is not rotating as it should be.

Try to work directly with the full package.

Then try to run scripts and check XML file included in DualSPHysics_v5.0\examples\main\05_SloshingTank

Have you remembered to add the line about it being allowed to move?
Consider uploading xml to github.
