In the DEM, I would like to know where your floating materials come from, and the restitution-coefficient and kinetic friction coefficient between which two materials, if the kinetic friction coefficient is 0.5 and the kinetic friction coefficient is 0.2 of the collision, the kinetic friction coefficient and restitution-coefficient should take which value
