Capability of multiphase flow in small scale
I am looking at the example in <mphase_liquidgas> -> <05_DEM>. From the example I know that DualSPHysics is capable of having all 3 phases (liquid, solid, gas) in the simulation.
Now, if we goes to really small scale, then physics like surface tension, contact angle cannot be ignored.
I understand that DualSPHyiscs is capable of:
- Handling liquid-gas interface with surface tension;
- Handling liquid-solid interface through "frictional contact" like discussed in WIKI 3.11
- I guess it handles gas-solid interface similar to liquid-solid interface.
Now my curiosity is, how do we handle liquid-gas-solid triple phase interface? For example, I have a droplet of water on top of a table, I would like to see the droplet standing like a semi sphere (governed by the contact angle), not to spread out.
Thanks.

I have the same trouble with you.
