First time I've seen it, but from the error message it seems to indicate that the Viscous Time Step (viscdt) could not be found properly, which is quite unusual.
If you google "CUDA error 30", some people mention that it can be do to driver version, so perhaps upgrading will fix it. Another thing they recommend which you should try first is simply to restart the system and then try running the simulation again.
It was also mentioned that this might happen after turning on the pc after a "slumber/suspend" or what it is called, so restarting would give you a clear indication whether or not it is a continous error or just for this case.
