Fluid Particles getting excluded from Simulation - Inlet/Outlet

Hi,

I am trying to implement Inlet/Outlet for Wave Generation and Absorption. While I am able to simulate correctly in 2D, when I change the domain to 3D, the fluid particles in the simulation are excluded from the simulation.

I am unable to find a leak in the domain. I am unsure as to how to solve this issue. Has anyone encountered the same issue before? If yes, how did you solve it?
