Poiseuille flow mDBCs, shear stress calculation

Hello DSPH users,

I am currently work on mDBCs and more specific I use Poiseuille flow as a guide. Do you have any suggestions on how can I calculate the shear stress at the boundary?

My initial thought is τ=μ* θu/θy , can I find the velocity gradient (slope) ? Should I do something else?
