Can I use exported variables in .bat files?

Hi!

In the new predefinition option in DualSPHysics I am making some variables, let us for example say "x = 5". Then I use this variable for setting up the simulation. When running the bat script I then have some post-processing options, where I would like to use this "x", for example in MeasureTool.

Is there an easy way of doing this?
