How to define the rotation center of a floating object?

edited September 2020 in DualSPHysics v5.0

Hi all,

I want to simulate a rectangle floating box interacts with water, and the center of rotation is outside the box

The operations <translationDOF > and <rotationDOF > can be used to restrain some of the six degrees of freedom( DOF),but it doesn't meet the requirements of simulation.

Does anybody can know how to define the rotation center of a floating object? Or have I misread some operations in XML file?

the other small question.

There is an Invalid formula displaied in page 136 of XML GUIDE v5.0.pdf. I find that it works in Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mendeley, but something wrong with Adobe Acrobat DC and Internet Explorer. Maybe it has something wrong with my software or  the type of font I have installed I guess.

Kind regards
