CSV of maximum fluid height

I would like to simulate the sketch caused by a diver entering the water with different angles.
I don't find how to create a csv file with the maximum height of the liquid in each step, so I can compare the different dives easily.

You can create a csv with water height in different position for each step
but then you have to do your own processing of the csv (not really difficult in Excel I think, or python if you want to automate...)
