How to simulate dry sand with DualSPHysics

Have you used the DualSPHysics_v4.3_LiquidSediment?

From what I gathered, the modelling of multi-phase assumes that both phases are saturated. So I'm not surprised that you cannot reproduce the behaviour of dry sand.
I've also run into problems using the sediment-water code, resulting in strange behaviour.
