problem with create actual.vtk

in DualSPHysics v4.2
hi everyone, i work on CASE_DEM with dualsphysics 4.2 and when i create own model with xml file, i turn the 3D simulation into the 2D simulation, and when i run this model, after create output file i am facing error "__actual.vtk" can not create! what should i do for removing this error?
