PartVTK/IsoSurface

While creating PartVTK files, and subsequently the IsoSurface files, the inital fluid geometry (i.e. the Part_fluid.vtk, generated by the GenCase) should logically be the configuration at Surface_0000.vtk, but that is not happening, and the inital fluid geometry is forming at a later Surface_.vtk, which is around the 13th or 14th vtk. Why is this happening ? And how can I rectify this ?

I would be grateful, If I could get a quick response.
