Meaning of parameters in CasePistonDamping_REG?
I want to simulate with the passive absorption function using sponge layers. But I don't know the meaning of the following parameters in CasePistonDamping_REG:
overlimit value="1"
redumax value="10"
Wound anybody help me with that?

Sorry for not explaining this properly.
We are now working on XML_v4.2_GUIDE.pdf where this will be indicated.
redumax=beta in Eq.46 in section 3.10.1 of the Users Guide
redumax=10 (that is the suggested value, value as default)
Note that you have to create a damping zone of at least one wavelength (L)
x1= is the maximum x of the damping zone
x0= is the initial x of the damping zone
overlimit=1
adds extra space (1 meter in x) where velocity of the particles fall down to zero
