Has anybody used NVIDIA Tesla V100 or P100 GPUs?

Hello, I am going to buy a GPU soon, I am wondering if anyone has used Tesla V100 or P100, and is satisfied for DPHS. In general, please let me know the best GPU that has been used for DPHS with the highest performance.
