Pressure Probe Placing in 2D

It mentioned that the pressure probe should placed 1.5 h from the boundary in the case of 3D. May I know where should I place pressure probe in 2D. And what is the formula for the h in 2D.

    3D and 2D, you should measure at 1.5*h

    h (3D)=coefh*sqrt(3)*dp
    h(2D)=coefh*sqrt(2)*dp

    the value of h also appears in the output XML file after executing GenCase
