Hi all,
I was wondering, if you clould help me out. I am simulation a case with periodic walls and accelerate the flow until it reaches a certain target flow speed. After changing the code it I also able to maintain that target flow speed over time. Therfore, I was wondering how long I need to wait until the fluctuations that occure from the beginning of the simulation (when the particles initially mix) are acceptable. Basicallally my question is if the fluid will ever behave still ??? Is there any treshold for example if the flow speed is lower than X than it can considered as a stillwater case ?? Or am I missing something ??? Thank you so much Best H
