How to simulate a junction?

Hi,

I ask for some advice on how to simulate a junction (or confluence) of flows, so a case with two inlets and one outlet.

    Inlet and outlet conditions are now being implemented.
    A paper is now under production and v4.4 will include these open boundaries.
