Any suggestion with simulating advection-diffusion/reaction system?

I am pretty new to DualSPHysics, but truly grateful for all the efforts in putting together an SPH framework that can be deployed with ease on CPU and GPU.
I am trying to simulate a system of advection-diffusion, where the flow is given by the incompressible NS equations. To give an abstract final goal: I am trying to simulate a biofilm-growth inside a flow channel.
What would be a recommended way to implement the system?
