Moving particle going out the domain

Hi
I have made a simulation of a Flap-type wavemaker. The motion is defined by "mvrotsinu" at the bottom of the flap.
When I run the simulation, the error "Moving boundary particle going out the domain" occurs. It is noted that the wave tank is big enough.
Also I have added two points of max and min according to http://www.dual.sphysics.org/index.php/forums/#q12
but did not solve.

The .xml file is:

Any help is highly appreciated.

  • If you plot the moving particles you can see where they are leaving the domain.
The error also tells you the position of the boundary particles that was excluded, please check that.
  • Dear Alex
Many thanks for your comment. I looked to the .vtk files. The moving object does NOT leave the domain. But I solved the problem!
I added two points which enlarged the domain.
But when I tried to add the command "domain_particles[:xmin,ymin,zmin,xmax,ymax,zmax]", got error "domain not valid".
  • There is a bug when using "domain_particles[:xmin,ymin,zmin,xmax,ymax,zmax]", got error "domain not valid" ...
We have fixed that now for next release

  • Thanks!
When the new version will be released?
