To many particles go out and some of them float in the air

Greetings everyone!

I am working on 3D debris-flow problem with HBP model, but always goes out to many particles during the simulation and some of them float in the air as shown in attached images:

and Nearly a third of the particles were eliminated (There are nearly 100,000 fluid particles in total):

Can anyone please help?

I forgot to mention that my model is an externally imported STL model

@Alex Thanks very much! I modified it according to your suggestions and redraw the terrain to fill the holes which may exist from STL model. And it works good and particles do not go out now.
However, the particles still float in the air during the simulation process, I don't know what happened.

It seems you are using the multiphase module.
Then you should contact Dr Georgios Fourtakas (@gfourtakas ) he can help you better
